Welcome!  Our staff is here to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your child care subsidy case.

Remember to:

• Create a login to access your parent portal account. This will allow you to access and submit forms, communicate with your Child Care Subsidy Coordinator, view outstanding Notices of Termination and view or pay your Parent Fee account via PayPal. Parent fees can be paid through PayPal, any time, day or night.   If you are a first time user, please contact your Child Care Subsidy Coordinator to initiate the log in process.
• Contact your Child Care Subsidy Coordinator immediately if you need different child care days or hours than are currently approved on your Child Care Certificate.
• Contact your Child Care Subsidy Coordinator as soon as possible when a question or concern arises.
