As the holiday season approaches and we prepare for cold weather, good food, tasty treats, and time spent with loved ones, we must remember that provider schedules and operating hours may change. It is helpful to all parties to contact your CCSC and report any changes to your child’s school schedule or provider’s business hours. CAI offers the option of “temporary provider,” meaning that if your primary provider is closed or unavailable during the hours you need care, you can select a temporary provider to watch your child instead of having your primary provider available.
